Is it possible to achieve a higher acoustical grading?
Turbo Ambience wall deco panel has an acoustic NRC rating 0.8~0.9 . Acoustical effect will not be as aggressive is apply small area.
Can I install Turbo Ambience wall deco panel in a music recording studio?
Yes, do note that it absorb sound in the room, rather than isolating the sound. Turbo Ambience wall deco panel has NRC rating between 0.8-0.9, which absorb sound preventing reverberation within a space, suitable for recording room or personal livestream room or audio room as well.
Are Turbo Ambience wall deco products sound isolating?
Turbo Ambience wall deco panel are not designed to block sound and stop noise travel from one room to another. Turbo Ambience wall deco panel are designed and has the ability to absorb sound and reduce reflections, reverberations.
How should I interpret the sound graph in the catalogue?
The vertical axis is the absorption coefficient, which indicates the level of absorption. Zero (0) means that no sound is absorbed, i.e. 100% of all incoming sound towards the material surface is reflected back into the room again. This is typically true for very hard materials. One (1) means that all sound is absorbed in the material, i.e. no sound is reflected back into the room. A value of 0.5 means that 50% of the incoming sound is absorbed (disappears) and 50% is reflected back into the room.
The horizontal axis is the frequency of the sound (HZ). The higher the frequency, the higher the pitch of the sound you hear.
The curve indicates how much sound TAB wall panel absorb for different frequency spans. TAB wall panel is well equipped to absorb human voice frequencies (between 500-4000Hz). NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) is an average rating of how much sound an acoustic product can absorb.

NRC stands for ‘Noise Reduction Coefficient’. It is a rating system that explains how much sound an acoustic product can absorb. NRC ratings range from 0 to 1. An NRC rating of 0 means that the product absorbs no sound. An NRC rating of 1 means that the product absorbs all sound. In other words the higher the NRC, the better the product is at soaking up the sound.
The thickness and density of a product are two factors in calculating an NRC value. An acoustic product with a .95 NRC rating means that 95% of the sound in the space is absorbed, while the other 5% is reflected.
A well-designed acoustic environment can improve productivity and have a positive effect on health and wellbeing. Noise affects workers in four ways: physiological (sudden and unpleasant noise can increase heartbeat), psychological (sound can either calm us down or raise stress levels), cognitively (how we perceive things which affects our learning capacity) and finally behaviorally (noise can make us more aggressive and less helpful).

How resistant are Turbo Ambience wall deco panel to impact and wear?
Turbo Ambience wall deco panel has certain level of impact resistant ability which can be act as protection to corner of wall or hard edge that may potentially cause accidental contact.
Is it possible to cut the Turbo Ambience wall deco panel?
Yes, can be cut using penknife, or using our Trimming cutter with guiderail for better cutting finish.
Can I install Turbo Ambience wall deco panel in kitchens or wet rooms?
Although Turbo Ambience wall deco panel is synthetic material, area with high levels of humidity or wet rooms is not recommended.
If install in kitchens should avoid areas close to moisture.
Do you provide glue or screws?
Yes, you can order our adhesive putty , a piece of 30x30cm panel recommend to use around 6tack, our adhesive putty is the easiest and cheapest way to mount our panel , it’s removable and reusable anytime. Which mean what it provide you the flexibility to relocate or to swap the design anytime, harmless to the surface.
Hot glue gun is ideal for mounting as well, strong adhesion and instant firm.
If you’d prefer to install our product with construction adhesive, we recommend that you talk to a local craftsman to ensure you use suitable adhesives. Although construction adhesive advantage to it stickiness, tough & not easy to peel off once cure completely, but the firm/cure time is relatively longer than hot melt glue.
Do Turbo Ambience recommend certain installers?
Turbo Ambience will have internal installation team and also partner installer. However, Turbo Ambience always recommend for DIY as the design is easily to be mount using our adhesive putty. Build up your own panel, experience and enjoy the outcome. Turbo Ambience try to fulfil as much as installation request, however, long distance and out of reach zone or overseas customer may facing difficulties to arrange for installation service, therefore our design was designed for easy Do-It-Yourself installation for most of the interior space.
How do I install Turbo Ambience wall deco products in the ceiling?
There are a number of different ways to attach Turbo Ambience wall deco products to the ceiling. We suggest either screws or suspending grid systems. In some situations you can also use glue or magnets but local circumstances and conditions need to be taken into account.

It require skilled craftsman to ensure proper installation with proper equipment, we do not recommend customer to DIY ceiling project.
Most of the design was for indoor wall applications and should preferably not be mounted to the ceiling. It will have to ensure proper mounting to ceiling to avoid falling of installed parts.
How do I install Turbo Ambience wall deco panel products?

Applying TAB deco panel with our adhesive putty is the easiest and fastest way to install our products to the wall, no nails solution, current achieved record installed height to be 16ft from ground to the ceiling, our adhesive putty are non-toxic, and zero VOC. And It’s removable and reusable, no reside, harmless to the contact surface.
Hot melt glue gun is recommended as well, but it will no longer have removable ability, tearing may damage the contact surface and the material as well, same applicable to construction adhesive.
Can I mix and match Turbo Ambience design and shape ?
Yes, most of our design shapes are intended for pairing, ideal for mix & match by client. Whichever design that you purchase from us, you can always mix & match it or randomly pair it according to your own desire.

Yes, Turbo Ambience wall deco panel product are covered with warranty from manufacturing defect, eg. Improper cutting or damage on the product, however defect is rarely occur as Turbo Ambience wall deco product gone through strict quality control over the entire process.
When there’s a warranty case arise, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement piece. And you may return the goods to be deliver to our factory address.

Does Turbo Ambience offer return of products?
Currently Turbo Ambience offer only return of product/batch of order that is limited to having manufacturing defect.
Product(s) returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
Return product must be freight prepaid.
• If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.
