Service Agreement

By subscribing/using Turbo Ambience Sdn Bhd  Services, you accepted that you have read and understand, and agree the terms and conditions set below and any future amendments thereto (“Terms of Service”). IF DO NOT WISH TO AGREE THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, KINDLY DO NOT PROCEED WITH SUBSCRIPTION.

Support Abuse

At Turbo Ambience, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. If our staff feels that you are consistently addressing them in a demeaning or rude manner, your account may be suspended and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. We will issue a refund only for the unused portion of pre-paid service.
Note: Due to our extremely high customer satisfaction rate, we have never had to invoke this clause.


Sites Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Turbo Ambience’s sites or customer of Turbo Ambience is strictly prohibited.

Turbo Ambience will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customers found in violation of this provision will be subject to account deactivation without refund. Turbo Ambience will turn all available information about abuse incidents, including customer contact data, over to the proper authorities and press charges.


Failure to Follow Policies

Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension and/or deactivation (with or without refund, subject to TURBO AMBIENCE’s discretion). Any accounts and/or servers contained within Turbo Ambience’s network must adhere to the above policies.

We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund–and none will be given. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account deactivation the second offense, but no warning is required.

Turbo Ambience reserves the right to deactivate and remove any account/ID on our sites that it deems in its sole discretion to be unacceptable, undesirable or contraindicated.


Turbo Ambience Rights

Turbo Ambience hold the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.

Turbo Ambience reserve the right to refuse service to any party for any reason at any time.

Turbo Ambience has the right to remove any registered ID that suspicious to be  containing unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Turbo Ambience customer, Turbo Ambience employee, member, or officer will result in immediate Account termination.

Turbo Ambience does not pre-screen Store Content and it is in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any Store Content that is available via the Service.

Turbo Ambience has the right to provide our services to your competitors and make no promise of exclusivity in any particular market segment. All product sold is non exclusive.

In the event of a dispute regarding Account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation to Identify and confirm Account ownership. Documentation may include a scanned copy of your SSM business license certificate, Company letterhead and so forth.

Turbo Ambience has the right to determine, make final judgment, rightful Account ownership and transfer an Account to the rightful owner. If we are unable to reasonably determine the rightful Account owner,

Turbo Ambience reserves the right to temporarily disable an Account/ID until resolution has been determined between the disputing parties.
